Great care is taken with the preparation of breakfast and dinner drawing on the abundance of regional produce and specialities. Cheese, especially the local heart-shaped Neufchâtel-en-Bray, cream, cider and calvados feature along with duck breasts and fresh fish from Dieppe market.
